Caesarea and the coastal strip

Caesarea was the Roman capital of Judea and its' main harbor. The vast excavations unearthed impressive structures like the amphitheater, the hippodrome, and the aqueduct.

Haifa is Israel's northern harbor and third largest town. A panoramic view from the top of Mount Carmel presents the magnificent Bahai Gardens and Shrine, the entire Bay area, and the north of Israel.

Acre Being a UNESCO world heritage site, Acre lays at the north end of the Haifa bay. This well-preserved Ottoman town is Famous for its crusader past, notably the 'Knights Halls' and for the El-Jazzar mosque.

The grottos of Rosh-Hanikra. Situated near the Lebanese border. We will descend by cable car and walk through the grottos, which were formed by the sea waves, and marvel at the stark
dolomite cliffs.

The German colony of Haifa: Amongst the preserved houses of the Templer settlers and pleasant cafés we will learn about this fascinating chapter and of the settlers' fate.

The Bahai gardens and shrine: Stemming from Iran, the Bahai faith world center is in Haifa. We can visit either the shrine and its surrounding gardens or the entire gardens, which stretch down the mountainside.
